I think it's fair to say we all owe a lot to Ian's generosity. Whether it be endless alcohol provision at the Bayswater Hotel and Hunters Hill, picking up hefty boat fuel tabs after days out on the harbour, the wide variety of luncheons and sporting event tickets or just a willingness to host most of my favourite New Years Eve Party memories, he had a way of looking after everyone. We are all very lucky to know him, and luckier still thanks to his sons' willingness to share their dad with us. 

In lieu of flowers, and with Stuart's blessing, I've set up this page for easy sharing of one of Ian's favourite charities to be involved with, Hearts in Rugby Union, who assist players who have suffered a life-changing injury during a rugby game.
