Last year we lost my best mate.
Starting March 13th, I’ll be running Herdy’s Frontyard Ultra in his memory. It’s a backyard ultra - 6.7km every hour, on the hour, until you can’t continue. I’ll keep lining up each hour for as long as I can.
I’m using the run to raise funds for A Stitch in Time, a grassroots WA charity focused on youth mental health and suicide prevention. They do practical, on-the-ground work supporting young people and their families.
