EMPOWA Training is IUIH's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled Registered Training Organisation, created to provide culturally safe education, training and employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. 

Through accredited training and nationally recognised qualifications, EMPOWA Training helps learners build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to pursue meaningful careers in health care, community services, business and other essential sectors. Training is grounded in community, culture and Our Ways, ensuring learners are supported throughout their journey.
